About the event
Celebrate Earth Day with a grounding yoga class followed by a flower bouquet bar. Together we'll breath deeply, move through a grounding yoga practice, and open our hearts to a Spring inspired medication. We'll then indulge in the art of bouquet making to create beautiful take home blumes that will remind us of our beauty and power. This is the perfect class to take solo or with a loved one.
