About the event
New Moons symbolize new and fresh beginnings. They are the perfect time to reflect on the previous month, process & release any emotional baggage, and prepare for the start of the Lunar Cycle. Together we'll journal, breathe, and flow to the sounds of Oliva Dean's sultry hits. This class is beginner friendly and your ticket includes either a mat or chair to practice with, a pocket journal, and a small cup of tea after practice.
*Please note, studio doors will lock 10mins after class begins so please arrive early/on time.
