Step Into the Garden

House of Blume is a wellness and floral studio rooted in the ancient knowing that beauty is medicine, rest is resistance, and coming home to yourself is the most radical act there is.

We exist at the intersection of wellness, florals, art, and creativity, not as separate offerings, but as one continuous invitation. An invitation to slow down, feel something, create something, and remember who you are beneath the noise.

This space was built in reverence for the matriarchs and goddesses across every lineage who tended to their communities through ritual, beauty, and care. For the BIPOC women, queer folks, and gender-expansive souls who have always known that healing lives in community, in creativity, in the sacred ordinary. For the everyday femme finding their way back to a rhythmic life.

House of Blume is for anyone who has ever needed a space that holds them fully not in spite of who they are, but because of it. â€‹More than ever we need spaces where connection can breathe, where joy can be practiced, where healing doesn't mean perfectionism but presence.

When you walk through these doors, ease and connection are not aspirations. They are the very architecture that built the space.

Meet the Curator

Hi Lovely,

I’m Kamaria Excell, I'm an artist, therapist, yoga teacher, and the woman who built this garden.

House of Blume is my love letter. To healing. To beauty. To every Black woman, woman of color, queer person, and tender soul who was told that rest was a luxury they hadn't earned yet. To the communities that shaped me, the ones whose ways of knowing, of gathering, of adorning and tending, are woven into everything we do here.

My work lives at the intersection of somatics, florals, movement, herbs, and ritual. More than any professional credential, I carry the lived knowledge of what it means to find your way back to yourself through creativity and community.

This space is a reverence to that journey. Mine and yours.

House of Blume is where care becomes art. Where the divine feminine is not a concept but a presence you can feel in the walls, the flowers, the music, the candlelight. Where you are not a client or a customer, you are a guest in a garden that was grown with you in mind.

Thank you for being here. Never forget that you belong in spaces as beautiful as you.

With Warmth, Wildflowers, & Deep Roots
