Nestled on your mat in the warmth of House of Blume, you'll be guided through a full sonic journey using healing instruments that move through the body on a cellular level.

This experience is beginner friendly and requires nothing from you except your presence — no prior meditation or sound healing experience necessary. Space is intentionally limited to 15 guests to ensure an intimate, deeply held experience.
