Nestled on your mat in the warmth of House of Blume, you'll be guided through a full sonic journey using healing instruments that move through the body on a cellular level. New Moon’s offer us the opportunity to mindfully reset & refresh. Thus, this sound bath experience will help you ground and release stagnant energy to welcome in more alignment.

This experience is beginner friendly and requires nothing from you except your presence. No prior meditation or sound healing experience is necessary. Space is intentionally limited to 15 guests to ensure an intimate, deeply held experience.
