About the event
The Winter Season is designed to help us connect deeper to ourselves, rest, grieve and ground in preparation for the Spring. Without an intentional start to this season, we may find ourselves filled with anxiety, deep sadness, & fear. Join us as we welcome the winter & western New Year in with love, gratitude, and community.
Your ticket includes yoga, sound healing, herbal tea crafting, lunch, & vision board party.
